Skin tests are required for all new colour clients at least 48 hours before your appointment if you haven’t been to the salon for a colour service within 6 months or/and if you have changed or are now on medication a skin test is also required.
We welcome all new clients to the salon, although before we can make your colour appointment, we require that you attend a consultation appointment. This is where the stylist will assess the service required for your colour appointment and apply your skin test. If using the app or booking online please book in a colour consultation first and speak to a stylist before booking in a colour appointment.
All our appointments will be subject to a £20 deposit. This will apply to all bookings, whether previously made or when booking in a new appointment.
If you wish to cancel please give at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will lose your deposit. This will be taken off the details used at time of booking or added to your next appointment.
If your appointment is missed/no show then a charge of 50% of the service will be taken.
We currently only operate our ‘treat cards’ which are the barcoded point system cards. Please note that these points can only be added on the day of your service. All other discount cards can no longer be accepted.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be up to the discretion of the stylist if they can complete your full service. A reduced service may be required or a re-booking made.
All our stylists are highly trained and experienced but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, we ask that you ring the salon within 72 hours of your appointment and we will be happy to remedy any issues. We do not issue refunds.
